Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
